PAYMENT POLICY

Payment should be calm and transparent, with the details visible before you commit.

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
The payment options available for your destination appear at checkout. These may include supported payment cards or digital wallets, depending on the payment services enabled at that time. A method not shown in checkout is not necessarily supported for your order.

2. WHEN THE TOTAL IS SHOWN
Review the item price, selected variants, quantity, discounts, shipping charge and any tax displayed before confirming payment. The final amount is based on the checkout summary. When your card is issued in another currency, your provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign-transaction charges.

3. AUTHORIZATION AND CAPTURE
A payment provider may first authorize a transaction and then capture funds according to its processing flow. An authorization can temporarily appear as pending. When checkout fails or an order is cancelled, the provider or bank controls how and when a pending amount is released.

4. SECURE HANDLING
Checkout payment data is handled through the payment services presented on the site. We do not ask customers to email complete card numbers, security codes or banking passwords. When someone claims to represent our store and requests these details outside checkout, do not provide them; report the message to support.

5. VERIFICATION AND DECLINED TRANSACTIONS
Banks and payment services may request authentication or decline a charge. When a payment is rejected, confirm the entered details and contact your payment provider if necessary. Repeated attempts may create temporary authorizations; check your statement before trying again.

6. PROMOTIONS AND REFUNDS
Discount codes are subject to their stated eligibility, expiry and stacking rules. A code generally cannot be added retroactively unless we expressly agree. Approved refunds are normally sent back through the original payment channel; the amount and timing depend on the reason for refund, applicable law and provider processing.
